About the Ride

PRC=People Riding for Cancer. We Ride4reason

This trail ride came about after a particularly hard loss for the ride organizer.  It was organized to memorialize that loved one and others, and honor those that fight so valiantly against this nemesing disease. We can help those who continue to battle breast cancer. When we lose a loved one to the cancer fight there is often a compelling feeling to do something that may make it better for someone else, to help others find solace while they or loved ones fight the uncertainties of dealing and living with cancer. While it doesn't bring back lost loved one, it can impart on the heart and mind that something is being done to help others in their honor and memory.

Each year a "loving tree" is exhibited with the names of those whom people ride in memory of, support of, or to honor.

All  registsration and  on site fundraising proceeds go to Making Strides and the ACS. Get your registration form here.

This ride couldn't happen without the help of this great northern team of volunteers that help pull it off.  Add to this the states southern team of Avis Rosenfeld and others not pictured.
